五香茶葉蛋的做法英文

Ingredients:

- 6 large eggs

- 3 cups water

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 tablespoon five-spice powder

- 2 star anise

- 1 cinnamon stick

- 2 black tea bags

- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. In a pot, add water, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, five-spice powder, star anise, cinnamon stick, black tea bags, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

2. While the mixture is simmering, gently crack the eggs and place them into the pot.

3. Simmer for 1 hour on low heat. The longer you simmer, the more flavorful the eggs will be.

4. Turn off the heat and let the eggs cool in the pot. Once cooled, remove the eggs from the pot and discard the liquid.

5. Peel the eggs and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for later use. Enjoy the delicious five-spice tea eggs!
