申請博士的郵件怎麼寫

博士申請過程：

博士不像碩士一樣全國統一招考，每個學校有各自的招考時間，需要你密切關注學校官網的博士招生，在此之前最最重要的是，一定要提前聯繫好導師！導師一般在4月份就可以聯繫了，舉個例子，現在是2019年2月份，在讀研二下學期的小同學，你們可以在2019年4月份就可以聯繫了。當然4月份有點早了，但是先到先得嘛，我聯繫一個博導的時候，她博士生只有1個名額，但因爲有個1月份就給她發郵件的同學，她就早早就定下了。這是極端的例子，太早聯繫大多數老師是不回的，所以5,6,7這三個月份這是高峯期，你會發現老師在這個時候郵件回覆的最爲積極且數量很多，接近百發百回。如果再晚8,9月份，你會發現，好多博導名額都滿了。但是在這三個月份還沒找好幾個博導的同學也別擔心，我的博導就是在9月末才聯繫上的，之前我也和幾個博導已經保持了聯繫，也見過面了，但最終還是選擇了這個最晚的博導，師生緣很重要，從4月開始，你就可以上各大高校的官網選老師，看好誰就先把他收藏起來按照想跟程度排個序，時不時從排名低的發幾封郵件，5,6,7月份重點多發發發。聯繫博導優先選擇郵箱且學校官網上公佈的導師郵箱，導師一定會看，他們也希望招到自己心儀的學生啊，所以放心大膽去發郵件。博導郵箱在各大學校官網老師介紹中都有，至於如何發郵件分爲兩部分，第一郵件正文，切記簡明扼要。例子模板如下（內容較全，自己用過總結的）：

您好，我是來自XXX學校XXX學院的學碩在讀研究生，研究方向是XXX，希望申請您的研究生。

第二簡歷，郵件正文沒有寫的和寫過的內容詳細寫在簡歷中，放在附件中就行了，簡歷可以包括：個人概況、學業情況、研究方向規劃、教育背景、外語水平、業餘愛好、性格特點。簡歷模板好多網站上都有免費版，下載下來，簡單修改一下就可以啦。

在國內，大家可能從來都沒寫過正式的英文郵件，也不瞭解英文郵件的正確寫法；但在出國之後，每個學生都會遇到給導師發郵件的情況。

如何寫一封正式的郵件呢？用什麼稱謂？用什麼落款？標點符號又怎麼使用呢？下面是知名講師對如何寫郵件給導師總結的一些看法： 問：最好的稱呼是什麼？ 答：總體來說，稱呼用Dear+名字（first name）；如果沒見過那位導師，就用Dr XX或者Professor XX比較好。 問：學生在郵件中會誇大他們的問題嗎？ 答：在我的印象裏並沒有，導師其實並不關注這點。

因爲，學生清晰簡潔的描述自己要闡述的點是在大學中應該培養的能力，一開始描述不清楚並沒有什麼。 問：郵件一定要是正式的格式嗎？ 答：語氣可以不正式，但是一定要禮貌。

郵件不要過分親密或者正式。 問：學生可以說私人問題嗎？要說明白自己生病或者個人事務嗎？ 答：如果只是一次性事件，就可以說得簡單一點。

如果這個問題已經影響到學業，最好當面找導師說清楚並且提供證明，以便作進一步計劃。 問：一封標準的郵件有多長？ 答：儘量保證簡短！如果郵件裏說不清楚，就在我們的辦公時間來找我們或者在郵件里約時間見面。

問：導師可以從郵件裏看出學生在撒謊嗎？（比如請病假） 答：我們有時候會懷疑，但是也需要相信學生。如果學生在很重要的事情上請假，比如交作業的時候或者要做Presentation時請假，他們就需要提供醫生證明了。

問：郵件落款要寫什麼？寫全名和學號嗎？ 答：名字（first name）就可以了。 問：最後可以加上笑臉之類的表情嗎？ 答：最好不要。

教授每天都能收到許多申請學生的郵件，尤其是申請助學金的。但可能教授連看都沒看就刪了你辛辛苦苦發的郵件。

有這麼郵件需要看，教授沒有時間一一閱讀並且回覆。那些不能第一時間吸引眼球的郵件進而都進入了垃圾箱。

所以，發郵件前先看看教授們怎樣建議。教授們招學生也很實際，他們只對傑出的學生感興趣，並且申請的學生一定要對教授所研究的領域有濃厚的興趣，有過實驗，有發表論文更好了。

而且，擁有碩士學位申請成功的概率要高於本科申請者。 下面給出兩封好壞郵件進行對比。

不好的郵件： Here are two sample letters: A sample letter that will never get the candidate an assistantship with me: Unwanted email Respected sir, I am very interested in going to the US for higher studies. I am seeking admission and financial assistance in your esteemed University. I am very interested in artificial intelligence and computer architecture. I have programming experience in C++, C and java. I am also familiar with several software packages in the Windows environment (MS Word, Excel Spreadsheet etc.). I also have networking certification from NOVELL. My GRE score is 2050, and I got 99 percentile in the TOEFL exam. I request you to spare a few moments from your precious time to go through my attached resume. Sir - if you are kind enough to offer me assistantship, I promise to work very hard for you. I have a very good academic record since primary school. Alternately, can you tell me what are my chances of getting assistantship from your department? Can you kindly inform me about the last dates for Summer term 2002 before which I can apply? Thank you for your valuable time, Yours obediently ABC My comments: I simply delete these emails, which I consider garbage .The person seems to be too obsequious and flattering. In the emails that I do read (occasionally), I do a first scan for keywords like "precious", "respected" etc. deleting the email if I find one. Obviously the person is not professional enough. The person is interested in artificial intelligence and computer architecture - these are quite unrelated areas, making me think that he is trying to cover as many professors as possible to get aid from any possible source. Besides, he does not have anything in support of his claim (about his interest in artificial intelligence). He emphasizes on his software skills, making me think that his goal is to get a programming job in the US and higher studies is only to allow him access to the US job market. His GRE scores are OK, but not exceptional. He asks me to tell him what his chances of getting an assistantship are, elsewhere in the department. I have absolutely no way of finding that out, and even if I knew, I would not bother to reply back. He also asks me to give him information about summer deadlines. How am I supposed to know that? (I would typically expect that this information should be available from the University web site, or from the grad school, but my guess is as good as yours.) Finally, this letter is too generic . He probably uses exactly the same format for hundreds of email letters to various professors throughout the country, leaving no stone uncovered. I receive hundreds of email like this. Regretfully, I cannot answer everyone, and these applications do not interest me at all.
