跌落用英語怎麼說

fall 表示落下，跌落，降落等時，通常指，在重力的作用下落下，或者失去平衡而跌落。

fall由此引申出來的意思，比如垮臺，失去地位等。而且此時fall一般只作爲不及物動詞使用。

比如： The leaves fall in the autumn. The table fell off the table onto the floor. The government fell after the revolution.那場革命後政府垮臺了。 drop 表示降落，落下時，通常暗含有是一種意外的意味。

drop既可以是及物動詞也可以是不及物動詞。 The bottle dropped and broken. The climber slipped and dropped to death.攀登者一失足摔死了。

Don't drop that bottle or it'll break.別把瓶子弄掉了，不然會摔破的 另外要注意，fall可以替代drop，比如： The climber slipped and fell to death.攀登者一失足摔死了。 drop和fall都可以作名詞，drop當名詞講時，表示“（液體的）珠，滴”比如：drops of rain，雨滴drops of sweat，汗滴 fall當名詞講表示降落，落下（另外也當秋季講） 比如： I had a fall from the horse and broke my arm.我從馬上摔下來把胳膊摔斷了。
