然後公司蓋上公章寄走即可，保險起見可以先掃描給客戶看是否可以.
2. 簽證邀請函如何寫簽證分好幾種，推薦你辦理半年多次入境的簽證。
辦下來是6個月有效期，可多次入境，每次入境可停留三十天，三十天到期後最多可延期三個月。
需要提供的材料
1，辦理外國人來華《邀請函》申請表
2，護照的複印件
3，辦理半年多次簽證，需要提供3次以上單次入境簽證頁複印件或一次F半年多次入境簽證頁複印件。
4，被邀請人來華詳細情況說明一份（須蓋單位公章）；
5，國內邀請單位的營業執照副本的複印件
6，國內邀請單位出具的擔保函
ps：如果第三條不夠條件的話，只能申請三個月有效期，單次入境的30/60/90天訪問簽證，除了上面的材料在出具一份實習的和同就可以了。
除了這些材料，如果你自己去辦的話，還要需要網申，透過了在提交以上材料就可以辦理了。時間大概是一週（5個工作日）。

6. 英因簽證被拒籤後的申訴信怎麼寫1、申訴信只是簽證面試的輔助手段
只要你的申請沒有僞造成分，所有人都應該得到簽證。你只需面對簽證官把你應該獲得簽證的理由自信而堅定地表達出來就行。
2、申訴信一定要確保英語文字質量
英語文字一定要流暢通順，語言內容一定要明快有力。文字次序的排列對於申訴信的效力有相當的影響。
爲確保文字質量，最好讓從國外回來的朋友替你的申訴信把關，實在不行，可以讓專業翻譯公司的人替你檢查一遍。
3、申訴信一定要簡潔明快
英國簽證處每天接待無數人，簽證官必須在幾十秒之內處理一個申請。尤其是在繁忙的夏季，簽證官的心理和生理狀態都不會太好。你的申訴信只有瞬間機會讓簽證官匆匆掃描一下，必須在瞬間抓住他的注意力。因此，文字的簡潔明快就特別重要。把自己的觀點表達得淋漓盡致，一步到位。
4、申訴信一定要堅定有力。
申訴信只有一個目的，是對於拒籤的反駁。如果你沒有巨大的冤屈，爲什麼要申訴？申訴信的基本格式應該是：在簡短的開場白之後，擺出簽證官拒籤的理由，然後逐條加以反駁。注意反駁的力量，不是來自粗暴的責備，而是來自邏輯和論證的力量。
另外注意的是這封申訴信的遞交日期一定要在你可以申訴的最後期限內遞交上去。
7. 急求籤證需要解釋信,該怎麼寫啊基本上格式是這樣：1，自我介紹，說明白自己的情況。
2，爲什麼要留學？家庭的影響啊~~之類的；3，爲什麼選擇xx國家~~把這個國家的介紹摘抄一部分就可以了。 歷史方面的，教育方面的等等。
4，自己選擇的學校和專業專業的部分可以多說一點。5，求學歷程規劃和畢業後的計劃儘量說的合理一點。

8. 申請簽證邀請函怎麼寫,澳大利亞公民邀請探親邀請函格式如下
