當你進入遊戲的時候就一直處於黑屏狀態並且無法正常連接遊戲頻道，那麼如果排除遊戲執行商本身服務器的問題，那麼就肯定是你的網絡或者遊戲檔案出現了問題，導致無法與遊戲正常連接無非就以下幾點：1、電腦你與遊戲服務器進行數據傳輸 2、遊戲損壞 3、DNS以及IP出現了問題。

首先需要排除網絡的問題，C:WindowsSystem32driversetc找到這個檔案夾目錄然後開啟hosts檔案粘貼以下內容：

# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should

以記事本的格式開啟

當重置電腦內的hosts檔案，接下來應該重置LSP，組合鍵win+R 開啟“執行”，輸入“cmd”開啟命令提示符，然後再輸入“netsh winsock reset”

然後再次輸入“ipconfig /flushdns”進行DNS重置。

最後再用遊戲修復功能修復下游戲即可解決問題，如果以上步驟都做完了，那麼還是無法進入，這就說明是遊戲自身的問題了，重新下載遊戲即可
