poppin中的pop和hit有什麼不同 求詳解
Pop：肌肉震動，或稱爲爆點，Popping的首要元素，可以說Popping完全建立在pop的存在之上，pop需要相當的韻律感。理論上人體的所有肌肉都是可以透過意識控制其運動的，作爲一個popper初期要學會大臂，小臂，手腕，腿，胸，肩，頸乃至背和胯部的pop，而popping高手能夠pop的地方更多，甚至能控制某些部位的單塊肌肉而不是肌肉羣去pop。另外一個音樂裏會有很多元素比如輕鼓、重鼓、Bass、Piano等，處理不用樂器時所用pop的強度和放鬆速度是不一樣，所以說能夠靈活運用身體的pop去處理音樂你的popping就已經很強了。 Hit:：與pop一樣同樣是透過對肌肉的收縮與放鬆來達到一種振動的效果，因而很多人很難區分pop與hit這兩種元素。然而如字面意思一樣，hit是擊打，在放鬆狀態下用肌肉的振動使肢體做出一種對觸打某物的感覺，所以每一次hit完成後會停止下來就像碰觸到某物一樣。而pop則是在放鬆的狀態下肌肉猛地用勁，當肌肉的運動達到最大幅度時並不是停止而是繼續讓運動自然結束。用某個popper的說法：hit就是pop加dimestop，雖然不一定完全準確但是也許更好理解一些吧。廣泛使用Hit代替pop的風格被稱爲Hitting，一般公認最好的Hitting Style Popper是EB的Poppin Pete。
