電腦word文檔打不開怎麼辦

資源管理器中選擇-工具-檔案夾選項-檢視，把隱藏檔案和檔案夾選項的屬性設定爲顯示。

進入“C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorApplication DataMicrosoftTemplates”刪除公用模板檔案“Normal.dot”即可。

如果找不到檔案，則摁快速鍵win+R開啟執行介面。

輸入“%appdata%microsoftemplates”並點擊確認。

刪除公用模板檔案“Normal.dot”即可。
